Villa Ocaso is thoughtfully laid out with two master bedrooms each featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a third bedroom equipped with two single bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom outfitted with a cozy queen size bed, making it perfect for families or groups. Each room boasts spacious hardwood closets and stylish, comfortable interiors.



The heart of the home is the large, bright kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, and an open living room, both featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views and direct access to the outdoor pool area. The exterior of Casa Ocaso is equally impressive, featuring a fully equipped barbecue space, an extra-large dining table for alfresco dining, and a pristine pool that serves as the centerpiece of outdoor relaxation.



The Neighborhood:

Within a 5-10 walk there are several bars and restaurants, including Il Peperoni and La Luna. La Bodega grocery store is 5 minutes away, offering high end produce, wine and take out food in the evenings.

The property manager is available daily from 7am to 8pm and 8pm - 7am only for emergencies (Please call if its an emergency). This listing comes with a mid-week cleaning, and complimentary guest services and concierge services from Vacation Nosara.
