“Beautiful house, very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We could have brought several more kids with us! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Our only very minor issue was the need for warmer linens on the beds. The blankets were thin and we doubled them up and were fine. Vacation Nosara was very communicative and helpful with booking excursions and answering questions. Highly recommend this property! ”

“First, I did not realize how big this property was. It was recommended by friends who have stayed there and go often. Plenty big for a large family or two smaller families ideally to share the space and cost. The best parts, location, open space, small pool, and midday shade around the pool. The property sits less than a block from one of the main beach accesses - excellent for checking surf conditions, heading down with gear, or hitting the must see sunset. “Casa Artistica was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and surf shops. The layout was great for a family with 2 teens. Lots of space and privacy but nice communal spaces for togetherness! Tiny drawbacks: the construction going on next door and across the street was noisy and annoying. Also, the living room furniture was not super comfortable or set up well for TV viewing, but fortunately, we didn't do much of that!...
