Welcome to Casa Plumeria! Modern-style hillside vacation, the stay of your dreams! The luxury home features a recently upgraded enclosed glass living room with working AC, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, close to Guiones beach, and full amenities in the kitchen. , It can sleep 5 people comfortably and 6 maximum.

The Space:
The space
Enjoy ultimate relaxation in the open concept living area, featuring lush jungle views. From here you can enjoy a cup of coffee at the 7 person handcrafted table made from Guanacaste wood, while saying 'buenos días' to the local Howler Monkeys and exotic birds.

The open concept living area also features a bed, large enough for napping or overnight sleep for those more adventurous. Both bedrooms feature AC and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a couch area, large closet space and attached is a personal bathroom with walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom there is a full sized bed and a twin bed. The kitchen area is fully loaded with amenities (microwave, toaster oven, & coffee machine).

Take a walk past both of the calming hand painted murals and make your way up to the ocean view pool where you can do a sunrise yoga session or enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the ocean. After hanging out at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower. There is a washer and dryer and storage space for surfboards and bikes. The home is securely located on a gated road and is equipped with motion detector lights and security bars. Additional security is available upon request for an additional charge.

The home has a separate space for cars. On foot the home is located 4 minutes from Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, 18 minutes to beach and 10 minutes from downtown Guiones. Due to the steep outdoor stairs to pool area, we do not recommend children under 6 for this home. The home is located in a gated neighborhood above the main road near Il Basilico, there will be occasional noise coming from the cars and trucks.
