Marza Estate– Noto Area

The Marza Estate is composed of a total of six newly built villas, each with its own private swimming pool and garden. The villas are all located next to each other, making them ideal for large families with children or groups of friends. The property is situated in front of a beautiful sandy beach, close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short driving distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse, Noto and many others. The Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna are also a short driving distance away.

VILLA ROSA – Sleeps 4+2
The villa develops over one level. Inside, we find the living/kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace and the modern kitchen with table and chairs and equipped with built in appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a third bedroom with double sofa bed. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, the main focus of the property is its private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.2m deep, open all year round). A covered large terrace with comfortable seating and table with chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining while enjoying the seaside breeze. The rooftop is also a main lounge area, with Jacuzzi (heated on request to 26 degrees Celsius; 2x2m; 0.7m deep), covered gazebo with table and chairs, sun lounges and of course, stunning sea views!

VILLA AZZURRA – Sleeps 8
On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area consider of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one normal double bedroom also with en-suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom that can be either with two single beds or a double bed (by joining the two beds together). There is a third separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor (accessed from the outside only), we find a 4th bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Here, we also have access to the outdoor terrace. The access is from the outside only. Here, we find the covered terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs, with a wonderful view of the sea.
Outside, the house is surrounded by more terraces, with comfortable seating, table and chairs for al-fresco dining, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round)

VILLA BRUNA – Sleeps 8
On the ground floor, we find the living room with French doors that open onto the terrace, dining room with table and chairs, kitchen area and sofa. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one other bedroom. There is another separate bathroom with shower that isn’t en-suite.
On the first floor, accessed from the outside only, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the outdoor terrace, covered and equipped with sun lounges, table and chairs and an unobstructed view of the beautiful sea.
Outside, we find more covered terraces (100 sq.m), equipped with comfortable furnishings, decked area around a private swimming pool (3x5m; 1.3m deep; open from March 1 – November 30). The pool area is also equipped with sun lounges and an outdoor shower.

VILLA GRIGIA – Sleeps 8
On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area, French doors that open onto the covered terrace and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and bathroom with shower, one bedroom that can be twin or double by joining the single beds together and one separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the roof terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sun lounges. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Outside, the villa has a covered terrace (100 sq.m) with garden furnishings, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round)

VILLA ALZAVOLA – Sleeps 4+2
Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, with extensive covered terraces and sea views, villa Alzavola, recently built and with comfortable rooms, develops over one floor only.
Inside, we find the living/kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace and the modern kitchen with table and chairs and equipped with built in appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a third bedroom with double sofa bed. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool (3 x 2m; 1.2m deep). On the roof, we find a private Jacuzzi (2x2m; 0.7m deep) with covered terrace and sun lounges from where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Both the pool and the Jacuzzi are open all year round and the Jacuzzi can be heated (electrically) on request. The villa offers large terraces, equipped with table and chairs and ideal for an al-fresco dinner in the evening.

VILLA SABBIA – Sleeps 8
The villa develops over two floors.
Inside, we find a bright living room with sofas, dining table, kitchen area and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool.
The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one other double bedroom. There is one other separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the roof terrace, partially covered and equipped with sun lounges, coffee table and chairs, perfect for an al-fresco breakfast while enjoying the beautiful sea views. As well as 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, accessed from the outside only.
Outside, the villa offer a private garden with private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open from January 1 to December 31). By the pool, we have sun lounges and a covered terrace with table and chairs.

Each villa offers these facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, black coffee percolator, electric oven, espresso machine, fridge, freezer, hairdryer, baby cot, highchair, iPod docking station, iron, kettle, microwave, mixer, mosquito nets (bedrooms and living room), security safe, satellite TV, toaster, barbecue, external shower, sun lounges, bathroom towels changed twice per week, pool/beach towels changed once per week, bed linen changed once per week, private parking, welcome basket, pets not allowed.
