  • Il Nido is an old 19th-century house that has been recently restored, located within a beautiful village that is part of the enchanting Vendicari Nature Reserve, about 400 meters from the entrance to the nature trail that leads, in just a few minutes of pleasant walking, the beautiful Calamosche Beach, considered one of the five most beautiful beaches in Italy. “Il Nido” is characterized by its typical and unique Sicilian rustic style, which allows guests to step back in time. The house has a covered area of approximately 50 square meters and is laid out as follows: an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a four-burner stove and electric oven, complete with all necessary utensils and dishes; a loft bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a panoramic window offering a view of the sea. It features an outdoor veranda overlooking the historic patio of the 19th-century building, furnished with a wooden table and chairs where you can relax while taking in the scents of Sicily and dine to the sound of cicadas in a true oasis of peace. “Il Nido” offers private parking and an outdoor shower.

Rustic, peaceful perfection

Sooo much better than the pictures. Right in the nature reserve for bird watching and a lovely beach. Comfortable bed, useful kitchen, washing machine and table in courtyard with pigeons flying in and out to drink at the well. Friendly owners.
