The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed, bath and pool linen. The security deposit of 300€ will be requested upon check-in and will be 100% reimbursed at check out in case of any accidental damage caused to the property during the stay.
