“The house is fine. The parking is super tight to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a bar of soap available since I forgot mine. The metro is a short walk away through a somewhat sketchy neighborhood but I felt safe. The house street area is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly giving us information about parking rules. ”

“The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided.
