“Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and very nice. Close to the Metro station, and there is a mall and Tim Hortons just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. ”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“The staff was good and helpful. Property needs a lot of work. Washroom was extremely small and no place for keeping soap, they leave it at the floor. Breakfast was ok, some bread and beagles, serials . Ok to crash in one night”

“Very close to the airport runways, thus VERY noisy. TV remote didn't work. Overall the place looks like it needs refurbishment. Good breakfast though and convenient shuttle.”
