The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower room with WC.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and presents a second living and dining area with characterful sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 155 to 280 cm.
