The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea.
The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished.

The parking spaces for cars are available in front of the house on the street and are available free of charge. For the bikes we have a garage about 300 meters from the house or in the enclosed yard next to the house.

Shops, restaurants and the beach are within a radius of around 800 meters. Novigrad bus station is 600 meters from the apartments. The old town of Novigrad can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Pula Airport is 65 km away. Istralandia, a large water park, is 5 km away and offers a lot of fun.
