Built in 2016 in a contemporary style, it is fully air-conditioned, offers 130 m2 of living space, and can accommodate a maximum of 7, and optimally 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, one of which is located on the upper floor, and the remaining two are on the ground floor. Two rooms have a double bed, while the third room has 2 single beds. As an additional bed, you can use a sofa bed for 1 person. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning and a safe. One bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and the other two have a shared bathroom.

On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for family and friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table. Next to the dining area is the living room, which will be the ideal place to enjoy your favorite movies.

On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy the view of the clean and clear sea, swimming in the 24 m2 heated pool. Next to it are 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. There is also an outdoor shower and outdoor seating, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. You will also like the outdoor mini bar, as well as the outdoor dining table with 8 seats next to the fireplace.

As additional amenities, you can use a washing machine, iron and baby cot.

If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, rafting on the Zrmanja River is the solution! Rafting Zrmanja is an adrenaline-filled excursion adorned with perfectly crystal clear water and a spectacular canyon with magnificent waterfalls. You will have the opportunity to see diverse flora and fauna and explore the typical karst phenomenon of travertine waterfalls for which this area is famous. You will quickly learn the techniques of rowing in a raft boat with the help of licensed guides as you slowly enter the canyon. After the first hour of paddling through easy rapids, you will visit the beautiful waterfalls of the Krupa River and swim under them. More waterfalls and rapids await you as you continue the excursion down the Zrmanja River all the way to Muškovci, where the excursion ends.
