"We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence. Everything was very good — the room, cleanliness, swimming pool, breakfast and especially the helpful and friendly staff. "Väldigt trivsamt, rent och behagligt boende centralt i Florens. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal, och vid städning fick vi varje dag fyra stycken vattenflaskor gratis i minibaren som hjälpte oss under värmeböljan då det var 40 grader under vår vecka i Florens. Vi hade läst om dåliga recensioner om frukosten på boendet, så vi valde att inte inkludera frukosten och åt på stan istället."
