“Our recent stay was overall very enjoyable, and we truly appreciated many aspects of the property. The food was consistently good, and we especially liked that the pools never felt overly crowded. “I really enjoyed this resort best food we've had in an all inclusive. Only complain is the crocodiles on the ocean we barely got any time to be in the ocean because of the crocodile sightings. I'm not sure if it was just our luck. Other than that excellent service, and very fast response to our needs. For instance, our air conditioning stoped working one day within minutes we had someone in the room fixing it. Highly recommend this resort.”

“Staff were friendly. We options for dinner and lunch are great. We enjoyed eating lunch at the sport’s bar - it was cool, food was tasty and staff were nice. All the bar men were spectacular. S only question was about the swimming pool, the water was a bit hot. The check in was pretty good and check out was amazing. The belt boys were really nice and help us out until we boarded the shuttle to the airport. ”

“First of all we had an amazing time. Four days and three nights was too short. The staff was very friendly and the food I had to say was pretty good for being inclusive. My bed was great with comfortable pillows. When we arrived in our room we had some welcoming goodies. The pizza was amazing… they had amazing shows and fiesta mexicana was great. We loved it.”

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”
