“Para mi de los mejores hoteles del mundo. Si es tan grande que hay que considerar tiempos de traslado de más de 20 minutos para llegar a la playa (entre caminar y teleférico, o en espera al carrito de golf), pero vale la pena la experiencia de ir en teleférico Aun no esta abierto el parque, pero una vez lo abran seguro tendrá más demanda”

“Beautifil oceanside location, clean and new looking amenities with friendly staff. The buffet selections were always top notch as welll as a great assortment of fresh fruit at every meal.”

“The buffet menu is very limited and the kitchen service is very, very slow (e.g., getting a quesadilla during breakfast is nearly impossible). The Mexican food is mediocre, but the Italian food was superb.”

“Overall a great stay! Not a massive resort which is nice. Cleanliness was good - I would say the hotel rooms could use a better wipe down on like the actual furniture and cabinets. Public bathrooms around resort were super clean, lady was always cleaning them. Food at the buffet was good, always something to eat and enjoy. Would say the service at the buffets wasn’t always great, sometimes could sit for your whole meal without speaking to a server for coffee. The adult pool had alot of residue...

“We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.”

“Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!”

“Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services. Of course this ruined our stay there, otherwise good.”

“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the food was pretty good. The beach and ocean are clean. This resort mostly caters to Spanish speaking guests but a handful of the staff could speak English. The beds were a bit small. We would go back!”
