“Modern, clean, great condition, short walk to the beach. Will stay there again.”

“Beautiful beach views. But access to the beach is not easy down a steep slope. The house was very clean but the decor is dated and the lack of a dishwasher is unacceptable as surely common place in a family home. The entrance to the property from the street is dangerous as the gate has to be manually opened while the car is still in the way of traffic. On our last day we were awoken at 7am by heavy duty construction next door which went on all day. The host said he was unaware of construction...

“The property was fine. It does need a deep clean. The Wi-Fi was dreadful, and the TV signal was dreadful too! ”

“We had an issue with the oven being dirty & a problem with the lock on the front door, but both fixed very quickly on a Sunday. Otherwise the stay was great.”

“The only luxurious thing about this property was the view. Property has multiple issues. It was unclean, cookware was rusted & dirty, oven was disgusting, BBQ was filthy, broken bathroom door that didn't close, leaking water under sink that smelt and was mouldy, Front door did not lock, the list goes on. I would not recommend this property for the amount of money they charge to rent it. We were extremely disappointed.”

“Before our arrival the gas hob was replaced with an induction cooktop. Unfortunately the host had not provided the pots and pans that were compatible with the new cooktop. The pots and pans that were available were not in good order as well as being incompatible with the cooktop. Not being able to cook our meals meant that we had the unexpected express of getting takeaway food. However, the house was comfortable and conveniently located near the beach and lake.”

“Fab property, close to everything.Townhouse was very spacious but we don’t know how long ago it was vacuumed or dusted otherwise great.”

“House is well looked after and was great and welcoming stay. Family really enjoyed the pool and was only a few minute walk to beach which was amazing. Will definitely look at staying at Pipers Spot in the future. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay and so did our pet Labrador. It’s a short walk to the beach which is a dog friendly beach so that’s a plus point. Close to essential shops for groceries or takeaway. Overall I would recommend this place and we hope to be back again.”
