Om boendet

15 minutes from the Old Quarter - Apartment in a Former Industrial Building

  • Welcome to our FICHTE45! This Airbnb apartment is located in a recently renovated industrial building in the Rennweg neighborhood of Nuremberg. We run our architecture firm in the former carpentry shop, and we wanted to create a lovely retreat for visitors to Nuremberg with the Airbnb apartment on the first floor.

In addition to the Airbnb apartment, FICHTE45 features offices, seminar rooms, and coworking spaces for local companies. So you’ll be staying in a truly special atmosphere!

The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. When the weather is nice, you’re welcome to use our terrace with a large dining area in the courtyard.

Each bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (1.60 m or 1.40 m), a desk, and a closet. One of the bathrooms is accessible directly from the bedroom, while the other is accessible from the hallway.

Spacious apartment with a great location

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families. The apartment was very spacious and stylish. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was a great location, with many restaurants within close walking distance and grocery stores nearby. Also it was walking distance to Whordersee which was a bonus.

Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt.

Funktionelle Unterkunft fuer Messebesuch

Great location - clean and quiet property

We stayed at the property consuming all 3 bedrooms available. You have a common room where you'll find a kitchen, bathroom (for two rooms) and a counter space. The only downside is there isn't a couch or comfortable sitting area here (only a counter and stools), so we mainly hung out in the bedrooms. The third bedroom has it's own on-suite bathroom. Bedrooms were good size, comfortable, clean and updated. There are extra pillows and linens available if needed as well. This apartment is the only one in a mixed use building. The patio pictured is a shared area for the building and not directly connected to the unit. Overall, the building was very quiet and the unit felt very safe. It's walking distance to many businesses and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Familienwochenende
