Spacious holiday home with garden, terrace, and balcony in a quiet residential area of Nuremberg – ideal for up to 8 guests.



Spread over three floors, you will find a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, shower and WC, plus a separate guest toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a game console are also available.



The private outdoor area with covered terrace, garden, and barbecue invites you to relax. A parking space on the property and public parking directly in front of the house are available.



The Röthenbach subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach Nuremberg’s Old Town. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.



Pets are welcome (up to 5, for an extra fee). A lovingly maintained house with character – spacious, well equipped, and with a personal touch.



A few important notes: Smoking is only allowed outside on the property – please do not smoke inside or in closed rooms. Parties and large events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Upon departure: turn off lights and heating, close windows, and leave the key on the windowsill. That’s all. In case of violations, a penalty fee may be charged.
