Standard check-in is available from 5:00 PM (17:00). Thanks to our Smart-Lock system, you can arrive at any time (even late at night) stress-free using a digital code.
Need an earlier arrival? If you plan to arrive earlier, this is often possible upon request. Please contact us in advance – we are happy to accommodate your needs, and of course, this service is completely free of charge.

Strategic Prime Location for Expo & City
Exhibition Center (Messe): Only approx. 4 km away. By car or taxi, you can reach the entrance in just about 8 minutes. Bus line 65 also takes you directly to the Expo in about 10 minutes.
Old Town & City Center: The S-Bahn train takes you to the Main Station in just 5 minutes. Alternatively, bus line 45 takes you directly to the historic Old Town in about 10 minutes.
Event Highlights: The spectacular Palazzo and Flic Flac shows (December to March) and the Meistersingerhalle are within a comfortable 10-minute walk.
A Heart for Four-Legged Friends: Dog Friendly
As a passionate dog owner myself, I know that a vacation is only perfect when your faithful companion is with you. Dogs are warmly welcome at our place.
Walking Paradise: Right at your doorstep are the Luitpoldhain and the Dutzendteich lake park.
Insider Tip "Russenwiese": For long walks, I recommend the spacious "Russenwiese" towards Valznerweiher – a true paradise for dogs to run free in the greenery.

Around Zabo-Park and the surrounding area, you will find a variety of restaurants that leave nothing to be desired:
Authentic Franconian: Endreß’sche Gärtla (idyllic garden, reservation highly recommended!) or the traditional Heidekrug.
