Charmigt hotell
Mysigt och fint hotell med härlig Bali-charm och mycket trevlig personal. Också väldigt bra beläget för strand, surf och restauranger. (Enda lilla minuset var att kuddarna inte var så bekväma, enligt mitt tycke alldeles för hårda/stora).

First of all, people who are giving this hotel 5 stars, even 3 stars, must not have stayed at ANY luxurious hotels. Run down, mould smell in rooms, old furnishings and uncomfortable beds. Decent breakfast but dirty plates. Ants all over the pool area. The staff doesn't speak English and are in some manners really rude. We stayed at 7 different hotels all over Bali, some 1/5 of the price of this, and this was by FAR the worst experience we had in the Nusa Dua area.

Modern, fresh hotel in an excellent location
A solid hotel. Modern, clean and fresh rooms, albeit a bit on the small side. Comfy beds. Good service. The welcome cookie is a nice touch. Excellent location, close to Victoria Stn, convenient if you go to/from Gatwick or plan to go outside central London, as well as to many theaters, Buckingham etc.

Helt fantastisk service och personal. Hotellet är lite slitet men servicen väger upp detta. Ska ni bo här så boka pool/ gardenview då de övriga rummen lätt blir mörka. God och mysig frukost. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell. Vi åkte in till kuta på kvällarna för middag. Runt hotellet finns inte så många restauranger att välja mellan, dock hittade vi ett trevlig ställe på stranden för luncher.

Perfekt hotell
Strålande hotell med bra strandläge, lagom pool. Rena och fina rum. Vi hade en svit som var stor, bla badrum och separat toalett. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi är otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse som ägde rum i slutet av september under 5 dagar. Solen sken från klarblå himmel dessa dagar vilket ju inte gjorde vistelsen sämre. Kan starkt rekommendera hotellet.

vi bokade här då vi ville komma undan allt buller i Kuta. Bara slappna av och njuta. Vi valde det blå all inclusive paketet all mat o dryck ingick för ca 350sek om dagen. Efter det så bara njöt vi och åt och drack. Fantastiskt bra service och alltid ett leende på personalen. Maten var helt okej. Enda negativt var kaffet.

Very nice hotel!
I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights while attending a conference at the Nusa Dua Convention Center. All hotel premises were very clean and neat. All staff were very helpful and kind and attentive, always making sure I would have a pleasant stay. I also found everyone paying personal interest and not treating you as one in the crowd. Did only use the spa for a shower befor leaving for the airport but it seemed lovely! Should have booked some of the treatments offered! They were also very reasonable priced compared to other hotels. Some reflections on the negative side were: the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy but still bearable. Bathroom basin a bit worn. Sunbeds in the pool area were mainly in shadow due to vegetation. Nice during the hot hours but I would have liked the choice of being in the sun on some of the sunbeds. Surroundings (street) made it a bit difficult to walk anywhere so taxi was to be preferred even to reach the convention center although it was not far away. Overall a very nice hotel that I gladly recommend!

All Inclusive i rätta bemärkelsen
I allmänna ordalag så var detta ett hotell som uppfyller all Inklusive i rätta bemärkelsen. Det som kan klassas som mindre bra var den dåliga WiFi internet uppkopplingen. Lite för mycket oväsen ifrån de till åren komna air kondition utrustningen gjorde det omöjligt att använda denna på natten. Hotellet skulle må bra av en allmän uppfräschning då tak och annat var lappat och lagat genom åren. Priserna i de butiker som ligger i hotellet var ca 3-4 gånger jämfört med butiken över gatan . Upplevelsen var en besvikelse för fotbehandlingen och gjordes slarvigt och ej proffsigt.

Ett i raden av de stora hotellkomplexen i Nusa Dua
Mycket nöjd med de 4 nätter jag, sambo och 4 barn bodde på hotellet. Vi blev gratis uppgraderade till familjesvit som var enormt stor, med två stora badrum som båda hade bubbelbad och massagedusch!!! Lite slitet i rummet, men absolut inte något som störde eftersom det var fint, rent och fräscht ändå! Det ligger, liksom alla hotell efter stranden i Nusa Dua, en bra bit från centrum (ca 5-10 min med taxi). Fick ta taxi in dit för en billig penning. Det finns några restauranger och affärer i närheten av hotellet, men inte så väldigt stort utbud. Vi konstaterade efter första dagen att det var lika bra att ta all-inclusive för att slippa åka fram och tillbaka till centrum för både lunch och middag eftersom det var väldigt dyrt att äta och dricka om man betalade för enstaka måltider på hotellet. Hotellet hade många aktiviteter varje dag och en egen mysig strandremsa. Ren pool med poolbar som var mysig att sitta i under de varmaste timmarna. Det gällde att vara snabb ut på morgonen för att få solstol vid poolen, men vid stranden fanns det alltid plats. I all inclusive fanns tre restauranger att välja mellan. Både buffe och a la carte samt olika teman varje kväll. Frukosten var mycket bra. Buffeerna höll även de god kvalitet och smakade gott. Men om det hade varit lite större utbud av varmrätter hade vi varit supernöjda. Vi avslutade vår 2-veckors semester med 4 nätter på detta hotell och kände att det var perfekt för att slappa vid en vacker strand de sista dagarna. Men åk inte bara till Nusa Dua om du vill se Bali på riktigt! Vi upplevde det som vilken vanlig ort som helst på tex Kanarieöarna och skulle inte rekommendera att åka till Bali bara för att se detta! Vi bodde även i Sanur och Kuta vilka visade lite lite mer av det riktiga stadslivet på Bali. Det som verkligen lyfte vår resa var en tvådagarsutflykt till centrala och norra Bali, rekommenderas varmt eftersom det visar den underbart vackra Bali. Delfiner, vattenfall, risfält, krydd- och kaffeodlingar mm och den otroligt gröna natur som är dånande uppåt i bergen etsade fast minnen vi aldrig kommer att glömma. Det finns försäljare som anordnar sådana resor lite här och där i Kuta och Sanur, pruta så får du ett riktigt bra pris.

The good, the bad and the ugly: The good: small and nice resort by the sea with chairs and umbrellas. Staff is very nice, polite and trying to help. The bad: very limited choice of food, we had all inclusive package but it was the same kind of food every day, although they tried different themes and they had dinner buffet by the beach with some entertainment like shows or duo concerts. The all inclusive concept here is not like all inclusive resorts in Mexico. There is no air conditioning anywhere except your room and you are lucky if it works well. There are a lot of mosquitoes so be careful especially at night. The ugly: the beach, unfortunately it was very dirty, not the blue turquoise color that someone might expect. A lot of garbage on the sea that came to shore every day. The other not good thing about the beach is the low tide that happens every afternoon when you don’t have any water at all to swim. Kind of waste to go to Bali for the beach

Very nice resort.
This is a really nice resort but 5 star is a bit of a stretch. The lobby and gardens are beautiful, rooms and some of the interiors are very nice, but not amazing. Restaurant food was ok. It’s worth noting that this is primarily an all-inclusive focused family resort, so not the best choice for a solo traveler. The staff, of course, were amazing (it’s Bali). Nothing really negative, it’s a very nice resort just not quite the 5 star level for me. If you’re looking for luxury it’s not quite the right bit of Nusa Dua either.

We spent a week at Sol by Melia for our honeymoon and our stay was great! The resort is quite small but not overly crowded which was great. We were greeted the moment we arrived and was given a lovely cake for our honeymoon celebration. We opted for the all- inclusive package so technically everything was included except for premium alcohol like rose and etc which was fine. The overall presentation of the resort is good but can notice some cracks here and there within the buildings but you can also tell they are working to either fix or maintain it which is good. The food is very good! You basically get buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner but there’s also a a la carte that is 24 hours! They also have daily activities like live music or fire dance depending on which nightly dinner event you go to. There’s also snack bars like gelato or coconut booth you can go to whenever!

The property sits in a perfect spot for the beautiful sunrise, I enjoyed every sunrise that I stayed at the hotel. However the property itself is kind of outdated and needs more improvements in order to attract the return customers.

I liked it because of the every evening there was entertainment. Property location right on the beach. I didn't like it's only one pool and its all one depth.

Turistfelle, som kun er ute etter å loppe turister for mye penger for elendig mat og drikke. I tillegg er ikke stranda som forventet. Du er avhengig av at høyvannet treffer perfekt på døgnet for å få badet. Under lavvann er det som en stygg sølepytt. Anbefaler alle å holde seg unna dette hotellet for enhver pris. Vi valgte kun å sove her. På dagtid tok vi taxi til Jimbaran beach, ca 15 min unna. Der fikk man en herlig strand med uendelig gode restauranter med mat og drikke til en brøkdel av prisen.

I was a bit disappointed in all inclusive option because on the day of arrival they were pretty much closing doors on me saying “bar is closed”, “pool kitchen is closed” when official time of closing was 30-40 min away, so I had to wait for more than an hour before I could eat anything in the main restaurant. Its very beautiful hotel but there were not much to do for fun, just relax by the pool, because ocean water is gone till after 12 pm. The sidewalk on the beach was great for walkers, runners, strollers and alike, and no sale people randomly walking, felt really safe!

Very relaxing. Nice staff always very helpful and attentive. Food was abundant, The Kitchen, I would say it was a little too much food. Great pool and bars. Evening entertainment was culturally pleasing.
