âGreat budget hotel, but make sure to get a room with a pool view. I received a room at the ground floor to start with that was not really up to standards. The staff was very friendly and arranged a new room within minutes. The next room I received had a pool view and I was very happy with it. My colleague received a room with a street view. It was noisy from the bar in the evenings and had no AC or balcony. The overall quality of the rooms seems to differ a lot. If you get a room with a pool...
âThe Junior Suit at the Court Boutique Hotel in Kigali offers a spacious stay with a large balcony with beautiful views. The staff i very friendly, helpful and service minded. Breakfast can be enjoyed on a patio with nice views.â
âFirst room was a dissappointement but was changed after first night - no problem. Second room was very good and above expectations. Good desk to work at, clean and with plenty of windows making the room light. The balcony was also adding to the overall feeling. The rating concerns second room, first room was a disappointment. â
