“Beautiful clean home with great fenced in yard. Close to great restaurants and beautiful downtown High Springs. Very quiet area. I highly recommend this. It's also close to the springs. ”

“Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.”

“The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. My friends and I did a kayak trip on the river and the convenience of the location to the boat ramp was wonderful. Unfortunately, a family emergency occurred so we did not stay overnight. I informed the host and got a reply within the hour. I would definitely recommend 10/10. ”

“A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.”

“The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on...
