“No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend.”

“The hotel was extremely clean but the room itself reminded me of a nice condo, not a luxury hotel. Our room looked right into an apartment building with no view of the water. The restaurants, which were excellent, were highly overpriced, more so than at other nice restaurants in the city. We could not use their car service as the driver left before 8pm. “Nice hotel with good location. A bit worn down but I heard from hotel staff that remodeling will start in summer 2023. Friendly staff. The “amenity fee” charged on top of everything else feels like something of a scam, though.”
