“We had a great stay in Knoxville at Urban Cabin. The place is exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a neighborhood VRBO this is not for you but there was still a fenced in area with a yard if you have a dog it works great! Perfect for us! ”

“This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4...
