  • Hyr din egen ett sovrum stuga på baksidan av en söt hus i Albany. Stugan har just helrenoverats med nya köksluckor, granit, helt nya fauxfullföljande väggar med välvda tak. En ny hickory sidan skrapas trägolv med en en gammal tid stuga känsla. Kommer med den är eget badrum, en små sovrum som innehåller en kaptener säng med fyra lådor. Sovrummet och badrummet är kaklade. Levereras med välutrustat kök, 49 tums 4K-TV med många streamingtjänster och Netflix gratis. Captains säng har fyra lådor och det finns också en liten fem lådor byrå i sovrummet. Helt privat och separat från post huset där jag bor. Bekväm säng i sovrummet men det är ett mycket litet rum så det finns inget utrymme för att komma ur sängen förutom att krypa över din sängpartner och också sängen är högre än en vanlig säng så jag har fått råd att äldre gäster kanske inte tar till det här så bra. och mycket bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns också ett loft med en full size säng. Säker stadsdel, massor av på gatan parkering, mycket nära Solano ave som har massor av företag och restauranger. Bart station ca tio till femton minuters promenad.

Convenient, affordable, great for a visit to the city. Comfortable beds. Kitchen and appliances were easy to use for meals, with access to coffee and cooking supplies. I recommend some fresher spices and condiments. Overall, it was great and Robin was very friendly and communicated well with us.

The space was perfect and had everything I needed for a weekend stay. Instructions for checking into the space were easy to follow. It was within short walking distance of a lot of things and a short drive to several beach/hiking parks. This worked really well for two people and I can see it working for a group of 4 with the loft area (we did not use) and the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and I was able to make morning coffee with the items stocked. Overall great little place to stay and use a s a jumping off point or a fun staycation.

This place was perfect! The use of the space is super efficient and feels open and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There was even some cream and oat milk in the fridge, which was a MAJOR win for me. I always have to get myself cream for my coffee when I go to rentals. It was an easy walk to lots to do on Solano Ave. I would 100% stay here again.

Super cute, and the loft was a big draw for our kiddos, who found the whole place quite enchanting. Thanks for a great stay, in a great location!

Cozy and peaceful

What a wonderful place to stay, in a charming Albany neighborhood. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking needs. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. We would come back here again!

A little gem in Albany! The back house on this property is a cute little cottage with wonderful art and lots of nice amenities. So cute. We will definitely stay for longer if we have the opportunity in the future. Also the location is amazing; it was walking distance from the restaurant we ate at, Chez Mansour. Robin was a very responsive host which was helpful. We found the main guest bed comfortable but didn't try the loft bed. The kitchen seemed well equipped. The decor was lively and of diverse origin and there were some intriguing books. We didn't use the patio but it looked cute. Thank you, Robin!

Very charming one bedroom with loft! We were two adults and 5 kids. We had a comfortable one-night stay and everything we needed was provided. My teen daughter slept with me in the main bedroom. My husband took the pull out couch and my son and nephew took the loft bed. We were a little worried about air circulation in the unit because there's only one window that you can open with a screen. At night we placed a fan in the kitchen window and turned the fan on in the main bedroom and left the bathroom doors open for air circulation and cooling and it worked perfect! We left a clothing item behind and they contacted us that same day to let us know. We were able to retrieve the item. We were very comfortable! Great location and easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Great neighborhood

We love d the location near the Solano Avenue with lots of local shops. perfect for 3-4 people. Kitchen was well stocked. Robin, the manager, was friendly: checked on us to make sure we are doing OK and even let me borrow one of his bikes.
