The AC is only located in the main area. If you sleep in the room with door closed for privacy, it is hot and there is no air flow. The space was a little crowded for 8 people if you wanted to eat or spend time together. For just sleeping, it was fine. Otherwise, the stay was good.

We had a plumbing issue that wasn’t good but Hunter was very quick to get that fixed as well as a few home items that was needed. The location to SF was perfect as well

Very clean apartment with full kitchen supplied with everything you need. Comfortable beds and large TV in each room. There is a gated garage for your vehicle and an elevator. Great proximity to UC Berkeley, it only takes 7 -10 minutes to be on campus. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close too. Host is polite and even complimented us on being able to park a lifted truck in the narrow parking garage.

Rooms were clean. Beds were a little soft for our groups taste but overall comfortable. There were a few utensils that would have been great to have but there was enough that we could make it work. The parking spot is very small so if you have a larger vehicle like a minivan or SUV it will be hard to park in the spot in the garage. And sometimes the outside spaces were full. Hinter was great to communicate and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Only spent about ne night but was very comfortable. The “ lobby” was a little interesting and I didn’t even recognize the elevator as an elevator. Owner is very responsive and we were able to walk every where.

The place was okay for our needs. Beds were comfortable. The underground parking is convenient. However, the place is definitely not modern; the "gathering area" includes a dining table and sofa but they are crammed into an area with very little room to move. The shower in the "master" bathroom desperately needs replacement as the door track contains mold and looks at least 50 years old. The refrigerator and some cabinets open the wrong way... just kind of strange.

This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere else. And there was coffee and coffee filters provided, so that was nice.
