“This is a recently renovated house. The kitchen is well stocked with new everything. The beds are comfortable. The decor is nice. Appreciated having laundry soap, cloth napkins, the back deck, enough TP, Kleenex box, shower amenities, and nice towels. The location is prime as it is near our family and close to a plethora of good restaurants. Host was responsive to questions.One suggestion is to add screens to all windows and sliding glass doors.”

“We had the most perfect stay. The home is roomy yet comfy. There were six of us in town for UC Berkeley grad. Great location , close to campus, just a quick Uber ride . Walking distance to to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Everything worked great and house was clean and ready to go at check in .”

“It was easy to make simple things. We did borrow a coffee filter we prefer pour over coffee. But everything in the rooms was pleasant and the place was clean. Nice views of hills and the yard also the flat is close to many transportation options, and so walkable to alot of great food and coffee! ”
