“We needed a basic hotel room to stay for R&R 12 hours on a long cross country treck, and this was perfect. It was not on the freeway, so very quiet,downtown Colby, a small rural town. We backed the car to within 10 feet of the door to the one story U-shaped complex, so we could easily get our overnight stuff into the room in minutes. “Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.”
