âJust stayed for one night with family. Breakfast was great though. Only thing I didn't like was that there was not a handrail accessible for my mother to get in the shower. Nor, if my memory serves right, was there a handrail to help her get off the toilet (yes I booked accessible room). Should've brought her walker with us. â

âI love this hotel. The decor is lovely, its steps away from fine dining and tons of shopping options, too. I enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, and their valet service was fast. Note: thatâs the only way to park there, since thereâs very little street parking.â

Saknar miljötĂ€nk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget pĂ„ det. 10 minuters promenad till nĂ€rmaste tunnelbanestation. Man befinner sig i en storstad och trafiken hörs vĂ€l i rummen mot Thomas circle. Det störde inte oss men ifall man Ă€r kĂ€nslig för sĂ„dant Ă€r det nog bĂ€ttre att be om ett rum Ă„t andra hĂ„llet. â

âThe Heron is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Heron King, and were very impressed. The bathroom, with real marble tile, a beautiful shower, and the provided soaps and lotions were amazing. We loved the Heron theme, down to the clothes closet with heron print, heron robe to use and even heron drink coasters. Rooftop bar is a MUST, we had cocktails there with a great view of the city. Ate breakfast in the Kiln, was awesome, with good sized portion, lots of bacon and really good sour dough...
âI realise that the hotel is meant to be furnished in an old style - which is nice. But the bathroom has mould growing on the walls of shower and its ceiling which is offputting. Overall, for the price, I felt they could have done more.â
