“My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. “The property was clean, in good repair, and convenient to the airport. However, the rooms smelled musty/damp. Also, their airport shuttle was not reliable for airport pick-up. After an hour, they were still not there even though they advertise shuttle service every 20 minutes and say call for airport pick-up. The early morning shuttle to the airport was spot on though with a helpful, polite, and professional driver. ”

“So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! ”
