“There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. “We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Marina Inn. It’s a cute and newly renovated hotel with a very convenient location. It’s very clean, interior is tastefully decorated and staff is amazing. The breakfast is continental but a bit more variety than expected. We also enjoyed the cookie jar with fresh chocolate chip cookies available all day as well as coffee in the kitchen/reception area. “The staff was very helpful on my first night checking in, it was close to midnight after driving up from Oregon and I did not know how to get into the lobby/hotel so I called the number and they told me how to get into the lockbox to get my key out!
