“Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car.”

“When we first arrived, the area surrounding caught our attention as it was very run down. As we approached the house, we'd hoped that once inside our fears would be negated. But unfortunately, the property itself was not up to par. The pictures online looked great, but they are not reflective of the status of the property. Water stains, shoddy DIY enhancements, old coach cover, musty smell, etc. but, although the place was run down, it appeared to be somewhat clean. That thought did not last...
