POOL ACCESS:
The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.
STARTER KIT:
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.
Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.
Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.
Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.
This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacations charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest checkout possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6 PM. While this is a rare occurrence you can feel free to check in and get settled as the team finishes.
If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.
