“My 3rd time staying and the last unfortunately. It was disappointing that there was no hot watet but the lights had been turned on for our arrival. To turn on the hot water I had to use a dining chair to gain access to the cupboard above the fridge then use a wooden spoon to reach the switch. This is dangerous for anyone let alone someone in their 60s as I am.Also all the windows were locked, no keys to be found which made the rooms stuffy and airless, it was a most uncomfortable 3 nights.
