We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit.”

“Perfect beach house for our group of two families with young kids. Everything was clean and fresh. Kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved watching the turtles from the deck. We loved being able to use the pool at the beach club and then just head out to the beach. There was ample room for family members with everyone having their own private areas. Everyone enjoyed relaxing on the porch and it's such an ideal area of OIB. “Very nice condo with high quality furniture appliances, and fixtures. Very clean and stocked with supplies (paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc) on an honor system that appears to be working very well. When its used up, replace it. Towels and linens are provided. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book again next year.”
