“Our bungalow was clean and up to date over the top we had an issue with the address which was totally our fault but the manager on the after hours line answered on the first ring and helped us. We will definitely be back! Love love love this place and would highly recommend.”

“We were there for our 15th year anniversary. The bungalow was newly remodeled and was supplied with everything we needed. The location was perfect! We were right on one of the beach access's which was a great walk to the beach with our little dog. The town was very welcoming. So many choices for seafood restaurants. We went to the North Head lighthouse and explored the coast. It was perfect.”

“This house has everything! We like being on the lake because it was much warmer and the kids had fun with the paddle boat. The beach is a short drive away. There are TONS of indoor and outdoor toys for kids of all ages and a nice little office if you need to get some work done. The movie theater was also a BIG hit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”

“we loved the amount of bed rooms and bath rooms. beds could use updated were pretty uncomfortable. very nicely stocked for everything you would want for towels, pans, chairs, the outside grounds had so many sticker weeds that the kids and the two little dogs had several in their feet the kids sand with swing and the volleyball court. The house is very convent to the beach and the little stores in town. Overall great place ”

“We stayed for two nights and had a quiet relaxing enjoyable time. The only downside which nobody can control was Mother nature. It rained almost the entire time we were there so getting to the beach was kind of it wet and Soggy event. But they're quietness and coziness of our cottage/cabin was just what the doctor ordered. The owners were very friendly and took time out of their day to chat with us for a while upon arrival. Would highly recommend”

“It was clean and well equipped with a few fun surprises. Our grandson loved the foosball game. We were pleased with the fenced backyard with picnic table, gas grills, and hanging chairs. The upstairs space with spacious bedroom and full bath was very comfortable. Minor problems - 1) didn't get check-in directions as promised two days prior to arrival. 2) the 2 TV's downstairs didn't work. 3) some of the bedding for the foldout sofa was still in the dryer. 4) no laundry detergent for doing wash...

“First Mates Cottage is a very roomy very clean house, nice and close to good clamming beach area's and our favorite store 'Jack's Country Store'. If you are coming to clam, they have 8 clam guns, altho they aren't the best. They have games for kids. A very big yard and hot tub. Be sure to bring your own presto logs as they only supply two and they are very expensive to purchase on the coast. We were allowed an early check in which was great, fee charged but fine with us.
