Located on Chicago Island, you and your whole family can relax in this spacious 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home on the 23 miles of freshwater canal near secluded Bridges Bayou.

Sit on the private dock watching deer and herons, or taking a ride on your kayak or paddle board to Duck Lake and the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area for a little adventure.

Only a quick drive up to all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in downtown Ocean Shores, and a short walk or bike ride to the ocean, bay, and Damon Point, this private paradise is your perfect home base after an exciting day of activities including fishing, crabbing, or clam digging. Prepare your catch of the day in the spacious kitchen and gather the family for a nice meal in the comfortable dining room overlooking the canals, then relax with some TV and board games together as a family! We’ve made some great memories here, and we know you will too!

Perfect Location

This home is the perfect location to explore Ocean Shores. It's close to the beach, sits on a canal, and local shopping and dining is only a couple miles away. The home is located in a well maintained and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Livi was a joy to work with before, and during the entire rental process. She provided excellent driving directions to the home, along with a couple of different maps of the area. A nicely detailed list was provided prior to arrival that gave easy to understand instructions for entry into the home, WIFI info, house rules, other misc. home info. The home was very clean and not over used. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding, the bath towels are fluffy and very absorbent. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishware, cups and glasses. Basic pantry items such as teas, sugar, honey, salt, pepper, and basic condiments were provided. The clothes washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay. The local wildlife is very abundant in Ocean Shores. We had three deer that slept in the backyard of the home during our entire stay. We saw hawks, blue heron, elephant seals and sea otters throughout our exploration of the area. This home is perfect for two people or an entire family. We would definitely recommend this home if you're coming to Ocean Shores.

Fantastic Stay!

This was a home away from home experience. Very clean house, inviting accommodations. Everything we needed was there. There is a dock in the back yard to sit leisurely or take the Kayak out on the ocean inlet. On the front porch were 2 very nice porch chairs that you can sit in and watch the deer and they were brave enough to come within feet of you and eat bread from you. The kitchen was stocked and very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. They had a large assortment of games and DVDs and a nice TV. The wifi was very fast and easy to access, although we didn't watch that much because the Ocean access was only 5 minutes to the jetty and it had all kinds of shells and agates to collect. Everything was exceptional here....Can't wait to go back.
