Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

You'll feel right at home in Come As You Oar! This is one of our spacious ground-floor units with two bedrooms and room to sleep up to six guests. The suite features two queen beds and a pull-out sofa—comfortable for families or small groups traveling together. With 1.5 bathrooms, mornings run a bit smoother and there’s less waiting around.



The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee pot with coffee included, and all the kitchenware you need to whip up a great meal. There's also a dining room table where you can sit and eat comfortably.



Step outside onto the patio and soak in the fresh ocean air, or kick back and relax in the patio chairs with a drink while the sun sets. On stormy coastal days, stay cozy inside by the fireplace and watch your favorite shows and movies on TV.



This unit is pet-friendly, which makes trip planning that much easier, and the ground-floor location makes coming and going easy. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
