Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Bring the whole family to this spacious two-bedroom unit. This second-floor suite, which we've named "Shore Shot", comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with three queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Step out onto the patio and soak in the cool ocean breeze or stay warm inside on stormy coastal days by the fireplace, watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen to use, whether you're looking to make meals and save money on dining out or just to reheat leftovers after trying the many great restaurants in town. The kitchen features a full fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with included coffee, as well as a dining room table where you can sit and dine comfortably.



The unit has one and a half bathrooms, which is very convenient for those traveling with a larger group. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and basic toiletries for your convenience.



Please note: This unit does allow pets, so you don’t have to leave them behind.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
