“Small cosy place in the middle of the rainforest. Nice room but a bit outdated. No wi-fi in room. Great breakfast.”

“Mike, his wife and 2 daughters were excellent. However the place was affected by nature and there is no electricity, no wifi, no hot water. As other guests have said before, it is a long way from Lenakel, 1.5 hours driving on the dirt road which can be difficult after rain. So I won't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights mainly to see the volcano+- the Iatapu traditional dance.”

“Lovely place, we stayed in a family room. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing was that the water pumps sounded a bit from time to time. Very convenient to walk to the national park just next door. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open as we were there (only weekends), it looked lovely. Only one pool was heated as I could see. At our departure day we saw a koala walk by our little house and climb a tree! 🐨😍 ”

“All round fantastic stay! clean facilities fully equipped including fireplace and wood. Wonderful cabin with great views through the tree tops from inside and deck area. Staff are always friendly and helpful ”

“i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows.”
