“The property was very nice and peacful. If you are looking to get away from the everyday rush in this world, this would be the right spot. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was an incident that was out of everyones control, but the property owners handled it well. Nick and Erika were wonderful hosts. They even brought us some bread pudding from a restaurant they had visited (they did invite us to come along but my hubby and I were pooped). It was a vacation we will not forget....

“The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!”

“The view is amazing, but the rest not so much. I would have preferred an additional seat other than the futon, it was very uncomfortable. Although empathized "no smoking", someone had smoked in the trailer and there was even an ashtray on a table in the living room. I saw roaches and a sock in the living room. I checked out after one night.”

“Management was on site and available, very helpful and easy to work with. The cabin was campy, a bit older, but well maintained. Everything appeared clean, linens were spotless, and there were no bugs visible. The cabin is cooled by two window air conditioners one at the front, and one at the back. Thank you for making my escape comfortable.”

“Just got home from a fantastic girls trip to Sliver Springs. We stayed at this lovely cabin for the long weekend and it was perfect. It has everything we needed. Cabin was clean, well appointed, location was super convenient. We had no problems during our stay. Would definitely return and recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Silver Springs”

“What a unique accommodation! What a lovely, enchanting town Mt. Dora is! Staying in a boathouse that is literally ON the water was fun AND relaxing. Mt. Dora was within a short stroll from the boathouse. Upscale (not "tourist type") shopping. A broad range of cuisine. We loved the boat tour of the canal on the lake and our Palm Island Park walk along the boardwalk and trails was beautiful! Clean. Well-stocked. “We’ve been coming to salt spring for about 10 years or more. While the resort is not as nice as it used to be, at no fault of the hosts, our stay at his cottage was the best experience we’ve had.
