“The experience at check-in was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Even after I showed her my Expedia booking confirmation, she treated me as if I were trying to check in fraudulently.
It appeared that Hotel LiveMax had prepared a printed guest list, but instead of checking it properly, she kept skipping over my name and made me wait unnecessarily. I ended up standing at the front desk for 15–20 minutes just to receive my room key.

“This was an awesome place with a great location. Close to transit but few tourists. It was perfect for our family of four. (The futons were so comfortable, we bought the same one for our bed when we got home.) Would highly recommend!”
