“We had lovely time staying at the Cleveland Hotel. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful.”

“Fräscht och snyggt inrett Trevligt värdpar och god frukost Laddplats till bilen med bra pris”

“A very lovely, clean and welcoming B&B. Debbie and Rich were excellent hosts, and provided tips on the various activities to try and things to do.An ideal location and easily accessible to the seafront and amenities.”

“Great stay, room was large and clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much choice and very tasty. Also got a car parking space on site. Hosts were lovely. Nothing to complain about at all🤗”

“I had such a lovely stay here. It may be a modest B&B, but it was absolutely excellent, and as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe, comfortable and genuinely looked after. My single room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a lovely en-suite and a big window. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and even the little details were thought of — when I arrived, the owner brought me a bottle of cold water, which was such a lovely welcome. “Excellent Guest House! Good location, very friendly hosts, nice rooms, and lovely breakfast. Highly recommendable.”

“Hög standard för att vara ett hotell i England. Ligger centralt och nära parkering.”

“Lovely stay at this hotel in July 2026. Can definitely recomend it to anyone who would like to relax and having a splendid spa experince. Very nice staff and well maintaned hotel as well. Could easily go back again later on.”

“Fantastic hotel Staff & owners are very special to their guests 3 time staying here outstanding breakfast”

“Maybe good for British standards, but this is a one star hotel in the rest of Europe. The hotel is really old, no ac, a lot of noice from the corridor, poor cleaning hair in the shower and a forgotten pair of troussares. People seems to leave food everywhere in the corridor. ”

“The Villa Marina is run by two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet. Vince and Erwan were amazing hosts who would do anything to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The hotel is super clean, the breakfasts ensured lunch may not be required! A location not far from the sea or town centre and an overall lovely atmosphere. Their knowledge of the local area was well received by everyone which helped guests make the most of their time in Torquay. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay...

“Mycket trevligt hotell med familjär känsla. Personalen mycket trevlig. Mysigt rum. Enda att anmärka på var att rummet var ganska varmt. Helt ok frukost. ”

“Mycket bra, lite svårt med alla koderna till de olika ingångarna. Hade önskat att det fanns singel täcke för oss som är vana vid det. Som förstagångs-besökare var alla trapporna en överraskning, jag hade uppskattat information om hur man tar sig runt till fots.”

“Overall a good quality hotel with very friendly staff. Not very soundproof doors so we heard alot of sound from the corridors. Pool area could be cleaner. We would definately come back and stay here again.”

“Fin utsikt. Trevliga rum. Ingen AC . Dåligt utbud vid fruktostbuffén. ”

“Hotellet var ett helt okej med tanke på priset, men inte det bästa stället hag varit på. En del personal var riktigt trevlig, andra rätt slätstrukna.”

“Skulle vara kontinental frukost. Den var sparsam.”
