âThis location was PERFECT for our bike riding group - we made it our home base for a week of riding several islands. Easy 4-5 miles to the ferry. Safe parking for our vehicles and bikes when not in use. Good food and great service at the restaurant. Front desk assistance was spectacular, and they have a fun gift shop. Rooms were comfortable and the flowers were in bloom and everywhere! We'll be back for sure! â
âIt was especially nice to find that the Trumpeter Inn is on a large property that includes a pasture inhabited by friendly goats and alpacas that eat from your hand (food packets provided by our hosts!), outside sitting areas in lovely flower gardens, and ample room inside to meet, sit, and chat with other guests.â

The Orca Inn is not fancy. If you want luxury then book a luxury hotel (and pay luxury rates). The Orca Inn may not be fancy but it is fun, clean, quirky, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Itâs not on the waterfront but itâs a pretty easy walk to get there. Maybe 15 minutes?

âStayed at a lodge room overnight. Excellent value for money. Our room and bathroom were clean. Check in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable; it was so comfy that it heavily influenced our decision to sleep in rather than get back on the road early morning. I would definitely stay again!â
