“The airport shuttle didn’t see the front lobby filled with many waiting for shuttle service, so the time had passed to check our luggage, so we had to take a later flight & were told our luggage might be a day behind us. Fortunately we were able to make our connecting flight. Room was great, contacting hotel for info. Was difficult. Semone was wonderful, she arranged for us to have a quiet room, and was very helpful.
