“Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. We tried to take the 9:30AM airport shuttle, and a group of people were waiting outside for the bus as well, just to see after 10min of waiting a traveler coming out and telling everyone that bus is not coming as Front Desk told the driver not to go, and he had to fight with front desk and got airport parking waiver from them.
