The ground floor includes another fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area, a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and direct access to a spacious terrace (45 m2) with a view of the surrounding greenery. Additionally, the ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The first floor has two bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed, one single bed, air conditioning and a TV. A bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor.
