It is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable while you enjoy Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way path and Ogunquit. Gloria could not have been more helpful to us and she was instrumental in making our first visit to the Ogunquit area a memorable one. “We absolutely loved the place. We were 3 adults and we had plenty of space. The only thing I would add is some pots/pans/fan above the oven. Otherwise, it was perfect, very quiet, well located, people were really nice on site. We would definitely go again!!”

“I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. “I would like to start off by saying this is a great place in a great location.We stayed a single night, and the location was perfect. It’s a very lively area, active late into the night. “The property is on the 3rd floor of a house but has its own private entry so it did not feel like you were staying above someone else. The house was in good condition however its outdated, the appliances where old and all of the interior doors did not close properly. The bathroom felt small and cramped but served its purpose. Overall a very nice place for the price that was charged. If your looking for a quick/cheep stay I would highly recommend this property.”
