“What an amazing traditional experience! The staff were all so kind and the presentation of the dinner/breakfast was so beautiful. Authentic food and we got to try lots of new things for the first time. Lake views were stunning and a view of Mt Fuji is available on the 7th floor if you’re lucky with the weather! ”

“If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji. ”

“Efter lite krångel med bokningen fick vi ett sort rum med utsikt över den vackra sjön. Hotellet menade att att barn över 12 år räknades som vuxna och våra barn var äldre och skulle debiteras som vuxna och därmed skulle vi direkt betala mellanskillnad. Det löste sig med hjälp av kundtjänsten på hotels.com. När vi bokade rummet räknades man som barn upp till och med 17 år. Hotellet hade en fantastisk badanläggning på översta våningen med panoramautsikt över berget Fuji, badanläggningen var öppen...
