The apartment is laid out on a single level with 180 m², south-facing, with a private saltwater pool (2.5x7 m) with a counter-current system and a fenced garden. The private pool is also heatable, with an additional cost of €20 per night to maintain it at 30°, provided the guest keeps it covered when not in use.

The master bedroom is en-suite, furnished with a 180x200 Boxspring double bed, and features a walk-in closet with a safe; the bathroom includes a rain shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet, and double sink.

The second bedroom has a 180x200 bed that can be joined or separated (90x200 each).

The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed (180x200). Additionally, it includes an office room with two workstations and a large sofa.

The entire home has hot and cold air conditioning and 600 Mbps fiber-optic internet. All our guests are provided with bed linens and bath towels, and beach towels are available for a small extra fee.

For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations. It is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit.

From the terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea, sipping tea and relaxing in the chill-out area, or dining outdoors with a table and chairs perfect for family gatherings and friends. Finally, the garden includes loungers where you can enjoy the Costa del Sol sunshine for over 320 days a year.

The complex has a paddle tennis court, beautiful mature gardens, a children’s pool, and two adult pools (open from 08:00 to 22:00 throughout the year, subject to availability). The community is fully enclosed and has surveillance cameras.
