“This was a perfect home base for Taos desert and mountain adventures. It is very remote and beautiful, with hiking right out the door. Indoor stargazing with the Milky Way right out my bedroom window. It is a unique building with a really cool history. Our host Brenda was right on site with a wealth of knowledge about the area. I hope we get to come back soon. ”

“Staying in this earthship was a truly great experience. It’s such a unique place. We went at the end of June and it was very cool and comfortable inside. Our hostess was very responsive and concerned about our comfort. I highly recommend staying here. We will be coming back next time we are out this way.”

“It is a historic home in a nice little town way up in the mountains. There is a small store, gas station, clinic, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We were visiting for a graduation, and the house is only a block away from the school. The house is obviously remodeled. The wifi was excellent, never had a problem with it. We enjoyed ourselves completely. ”

“It’s a pretty isolated property. Lots of peace and serenity. The kids did dogs and s’mores after building a campfire. If you have a Tesla this probably isn’t the best place. Taos does not have a supercharger and the closest one is in Sante Fe. Actually I would stay away from Taos all together if you have a Tesla. Other than that ( it’s not the property fault) the place was great. Had a neat hiking trail, fire pit, some neat art work in the typical New Mexico vibe. If you love nature this is a...

“This is a beautiful, tastefully restored ranch house and property with unlimited fresh air peace and quiet. Elizabeth and staff are amazing. 10/10 A 100% recommend if you like the country and getting off the beaten path. ”
